I just recently got an Amiga 600 and all the repairs and upgrades made it quite the money sink. There is always something I could improve! But it's also a lot of fun to use it and make it work again. So how much money do you usually spend on your Amiga hobby?

Subject: Can a real floppy drive be used with an FPGA Amiga?
I've found some older posts saying this wasn't possible at the time, and a couple of what looked like prototypes of FPGAs with floppy support, but nothing in more recent years. If it can't be done with an FPGA, could a Raspberry Pi perhaps do it through a USB interface? Ideally I'd like to be able to load games from original copy protected floppies but would settle for versions with copy protection removed. Thanks in advance

Subject: black and white Problem with WHDload and WinUAE
I installed under WinUAE Workbench 3.1 and then a WHDLoad (18.6) version from Might and Magic 2.
It works good, and I played a few hours the last days.
Then I played with the display resolutions, but I changed it back to UAE: 1600x1200 32bit BRGA.
Now my game is in black and white.. ): I want my colors back. Everything else has full colors.

I have a Minimig (MISTer) setup and trying to get a hard drive file to be detected by Workbench. I am using a Kickstart 2.05 (A600HD) and WB2.1 - HDTool reports 'No driver found' when I run it. (I have set the HDF file in the Minimig setup) - I used the same files/rom versions on my real A600HD and it worked fine there :-P
What is the suggested setup for the MiniMig (KS,WB versions) ?

I got myself a amiga 500+ for Christmas but the keyboard stops working every now and then. Sometimes it says that the keyboard RAM has an issue, sometimes it's the keyboard ROM, and the caps lock key is also sometimes just solid green and doesn't revert after pressing caps lock. I searched everywhere for some fix and the closest I got was a fix for the watch dog timer failure. Can someone please help me with this?
