Subject: Retro Game Gauntlet: Borobodur: Planet of Doom (Amiga)
![]() | I wonder if anyone can help? Does anyone recognise the manufacturer logo on this floppy drive? It looks familiar to me but for I can't recall who it is. Thanks! [link] [comments] |
I can vaguely remember this game, gone through thousands of screenshots on lemon amiga with no luck.
It had 2d gorgeous graphics, 2d scroller style. You can choose a character, control more than one character.
The vampire character can turn into a bat, Some other character can turn into fog/mist.
This was on Amiga 500, probably released before 1994.
I think developer was Vektor Graphics, but couldn't find it so I must be wrong.
It could be a tech demo as well.
Thanks for the help!

Subject: Floppy Drive Replacement GOEX - not GOTEK! for Commodore Amiga 500 / 600 / 1200
I finally got an old a1200. Have no 1084 or microvitec unfortunately. All I have is a pretty recent hp monitor and Sony television (no scart). I would prefer to use the hp so I can use the a1200 in my office/study.
Maybe some of you can help me out. If “1” is very easy and “10” is extremely difficult, how would you rate setting up:
- indivision mk3
- Ossc
- other solution: .....
I am not a technical person. Don’t let me near a soldering iron. Software wise I should be a bit better. No coding though.
Thanks!

Hi all,
I'm new to the Amiga (jumped ship after the C64 :-$), I recently bought an A500.
I can find lots of reasonably priced floppy emulators and mem expansion options, but no hard drive solutions.
Does anyone know of a solution that is easy and affordable?

Subject: Amiga Technologies Amiga 1200 A1200 HD Magic (1995) Review
I want a random jpg picture viewer for my 20 years of family photo collection. I've written a small (and crap!) C program that outputs a random filename from my collection but I'm having problem feeding that to a jpeg viewer. The only CLI jpeg viewer I found was vjpeg and doing
Run randomjpp >PIPE:randomfile
vjpeg <PIPE:randomfile
ven if I replace my program with dir (then type/more or something it doesn't work)
Any ideas? Is there another way of achievig what I want?
