Hi, has anyone already tested if a GottaGoFastRam 8 MB Fast-RAM module can be installed in a Minimig 1.8 beneath the supplied 68SEC000?

Subject: Any trackers out there? I need help with making samples. (pt2-clone, pc)
I cannot for the life of me figure out how people make samples with so little "white noise" in the background. I've tried both audacity and sox. I must be doing something wrong because whenever I download mods from modarchive most of them are super clean (obviously the samples are low quality, but there's barely any white noise sometimes no noise at all even through the quiet parts of the sample).
What's your process? I must be missing something super obvious.

Subject: Why do most Amiga capacitor lists have higher voltages for the capacitors?
I’m currently trying to recap my A3000 and am noticing that many of the capacitors in these lists are much higher than the ones on the board. Yes, I know this shouldn’t cause any problem (as long as the Voltages are higher, it’s ok) but is there a reason to do this? Or would going as close to factory original specs be better for the longevity of the machine?

Subject: CD32 + TF330 = sound that slowly goes quiet and bass distorts over time
Hi all,
Bit of a weird one. So I’ve recapped my CD32 (I’m an amateur at recapping but have done a couple of retro consoles) and it plays cd games without any problems.
I stuck a TF330 in and I noticed that when playing games via whdload that over time the game volume gradually goes down to the point that you can barely hear the audio. Also the bass seems to distort at times too. However playing CD games with the TF in or out and the sound is fine. I thought, perhaps it was my PSU, as I was using the original so I bought a duo plus from retropassion in the uk and I still have the same issue.
I noticed that the volume would perk back up if I pressed the power switch in a bit. I reflowed the solder on the switch and sprayed it with isopropyl (as well as pressed the switch on and off several times to work the solution into it) tried again and I thought that fixed the volume issue but no, it still happens after a while and pressing the power switch again doesn’t do anything to the sound now when the volume has reduced.
I’ve cleaned the contacts of the expansion port and that hasn’t made a difference.
When the volume has started to go down or bass distorts, plugging headphones into the headphone Jack, the sound in the headphones is perfect and volume slider works as expected.
Any ideas?
