Subject: The Director Version 2

Can anyone direct me to means to get Director 2? I am hoping its public domain but would also be happy to pay for it. For those unaware, its a scripting based tool for multimedia demos and is the progenitor of Macromedia.

Subject: Help needed: identify this part

Hey! So i've spent the holidays getting my childhood Amiga 1200 working again. Got a new hdd, loaded classicwb and some games and the trip down memory lane has been awesome. There's this thing that's bugging me.. what is this part that was in the same box as the Amiga? It has no visible writing and is soldered shut. I've been through a few google images / ebay pages with no luck.. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Subject: Loading WAV. samples into OctaMED 4 on Amiga

Hey everybody! I got the WinUAE, the Amiga simulator with OctaMED 4 on it, i purchased a sample pack supposed to be for the Amiga consisting of WAV. files. Anyone knows how do i load these sample onto the octamed i tried going into the files section but cannot find them! I saw on a forum that WAV. works on the octaMED sim, is that true ?

Sorry if this is a stupid question but i just got into trackers today! Cheers

Subject: Powerglove on a500 mini

Hello! Please forgive me if this isn’t allowed here. I just got an a500 mini. Never had any experience with anything Amiga related prior to this. I purchased the Amiga version of Powerglove and loaded the LHA file onto a flash drive to play it on the mini. However, whenever I try to play it I get an error that says “volume is write protected” and the game doesn’t load. The Citadel LHA from the retrogames site loads fine so as far as I can tell it’s not an issue of me just not knowing how to load games via USB. The a500 mini firmware is the latest version.
