Subject: Is there any way to extract the music from "It came from the desert"?
I really want to listen to it in my car. Of course I could play it in an emulator and record it, but I thought if there's any way to extract it that would be much nicer.

From memory it was a side scrolling shooter set in Prohibition USA or thereabouts. Gangsters in trench coats. Tommy guns. Wooden barrels. In streets of a city, and at night. Smoke coming from manhole covers. These are some of the details I vaguely remember. It's the first game that comes to mind for me from my Amiga playing days, but I don't think I've seen it yet in any "Top 50 Amiga Games" compilations or anything

I'm fairly new to Amiga and therefore I don't know much about it, but I plan on buying a Commodore Amiga 500 soon, and I'm wondering what monitor I should get for it. If anyone knows, what are the best options?

Recently, I'm trying out few old amiga games through the emulator fsuae. Do you know if there's a way to use old amiga joysticks like tac-2 with this emulator?

Subject: New A500 cases - thinking of buying. Any genuine reviews?
I bought the A1200 cases from the two Kickstarters (original/black/clear and the CD32 special), and i wasn't completely satisfied. Some of the colour could be better, with some imperfections. The floppy drive mechanism isn't the best fit - i found i had to loosen the screws on the case to get it to work well with my drive. And on the 1st gen of cases, the end screws didn't go in because of a design fault i didn't understand how it could have possibly happened. Lastly, one of my kits didn't have the long end screws. I've asked them to send me those missing screws a couple of times and they assure me they will, but they haven't. It's been a couple of years now.
Anyway, i didn't have the money to back the A500 case on Kickstarter, but i do now. However, i'm reluctant to pull the pin on the purchase without some genuine reviews. Are there any? I haven't found any.
Despite my gripes, overall i'm glad i purchased the A1200 cases - in particular the CD32 case which is lovely to look at. I also purchased the keys which i'm pretty happy with. Again, they're not perfect but they're quite good. They look and feel authentic. The prints are quite good on mine and i believe they've improved them since.
I'm grateful they did these campaigns and that these cases are available - i bought 4! (3 x 1st gen, black/original/clear; and 1 x 2nd gen - the CD32 Special Edition). If i were a reviewer, i'd probably give the CD32 case, with it's keys a solid 88%. :) I'm a tough reviewer :)
p.s. i don't have 4 A1200s... i couldn't decide on the colour!! Then the CD32 case came out and i just couldn't resist. I had more dollars than sense at the time - a problem i no longer have (lots more sense, far less dollars).
Thanks :)

Hi, I've recently got an amiga 500 mini. And I have an xbox controller in addition to the standard controller. I am able to use either of the controllers, but I am unable to get both active at the same time. I have changed joystick/CD32 settings for some games without luck.
Ports have the following: usb stick, xbox controller, amiga gamepad.
Any tips on how to get this to work with both at the same time?
