There’s an Ancona crt monitor for sale not too far from me. According to seller it was used with an a500. Front says, Ancona 100. On the back: type KG752/008. Can’t find info on this model anywhere. Does anyone know this?

I know, wordy title but I couldn’t shorten it much more.
I fully understand that the Amiga was super popular in PAL countries, but here in the USA and Canada, it really was a flop. I’ve been into old computers since the early 2000s and nobody around this continent online and offline ever talked about the Amiga.
It just feels weird to me seeing Americans on YouTube talk about the A500 Mini like the Amiga was moderately well known here.
To further prove my point, look at this article where this person converted a rare NTSC Amiga 600 to PAL, as if the NTSC Amiga is at as much of a disadvantage as say, a Timex Sinclair 2068 is compared to a ZX spectrum.
I got one these this morning, and I've been super excited to play some of the games from my childhood. However, I keep running into an issue with the WHDLoad. I follow the instructions exactly as the site says but I keep getting the message:
Has anyone been able to successfully get this to work? I've formatted the damn USB stick several times (even tried NTFS for giggles) and I feel like I'm losing my mind. There's no firmware to update, this appears to be the latest version of WHDload. Not sure what else to do.
