I feel i am more confident with my amiga's than when i began last year. However i still think for many people either trying to start afresh with this as a hobby it can be quite hard to find a decent getting started guide.
These pages helped me most
https://sites.google.com/one-n.co.uk/amiga-guides/home?authuser=0
and reading this reddit overall helped with posts like this etchttps://www.reddit.com/r/amiga/comments/er5ear/so_you_bought_an_amiga_now_what/
i found the main forums like eab etc quite helpful eventually but they can be quite dense and hard to navigate as they've been around a long time - and their deference to the copyright trolls is a bit frustrating since the amiga in reality is a dead ancient system, its a hobbyist ecosystem now (but thats a topic for another post really ^^)

Hello people, I'm willing to sell my Vampire V2 for A600.
There's an auction on eBay right now, but I'm open to offers.
This is the eBay link
https://www.ebay.it/itm/324644655047?hash=item4b96544fc7:g:6JsAAOSwNQ1grg-E
Board has been power-fixed as suggested here
https://www.majsta.com/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=147
Socket in the board was changed, and some circuits have been reballed,
it has worked for a while and suddendly HDMI stopped working.
I sell it as NOT WORKING - TO BE REWORKED since there's no image on the HDMI port.
Write me in DM or WhatsApp (ask for number) if you wish to have further pictures and / or info.

Subject: BYTE - The Less Explored Computer Mag: 1st Amiga Sighting
Hello.
I've been learning about icons on Workbench for a while and while there were lots of different standards, I chose to try and make basic icons with a 16 colour palette. I didn't want to go down one of the other routes as they seemed like optional ways to do it and I wanted to do it in an out-of-the-box format. Plus, the restriction was interesting, more fun to design to.
I chose my palette, locked it and used Iconian to make icons. So far so good.
Now with OS3.2, Glowicons come with the installer, so that feels like pretty much a proper standard to work from rather than a user choice, so how should I go about making Glowicons? Can I do that in Iconian or do I need a new application?

Subject: A500 Modern Power Supply Recommendations. UK/EU Availability.
Hi all,
I recently became the very lucky owner of a chicken lips A500. Along with some other recommendations made here there was the sensible suggestion that I look into getting a replacement modern power supply for it. I have been looking around and can see quite a few on eBay etc. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on what ones are worth purchasing.
Thanks
