Subject: Anyone use "KADE" encoders with mister?
I got an arcade cab that is using these. Currently set up using an original xbox. I'm swapping in the mister and I'm getting no response from the KADE devices. Does anyone use these and have a tip for how to get them to talk to the mister?
Subject: File sorting hierarchy?
I'd like to put my folders into a custom order, does any know or have a list that shows which order MiSTer sorts files with special characters?
ABC, 123 are easy, but what about ~!$?
Windows order = ~Zebra, Apple, Baby, Zodiac
MiSTer order = Apple, Baby, Zodiac ~Zebra
Appreciate any info.
Subject: Preferred Mister controllers?
Hey guys, I'm pretty new to the Mister and I'm curious to hear everyone's favorite controller(s) to use with the Mister. I got some USB adapters to use with my wireless NES, SNES, and Genesis controllers and they're hit or miss.

Subject: If the 4-Player TMNT Core came to MiSTer, in theory, what is the best way to connect 4 Bluetooth Controllers at one time on MiSTer?
Me and my friends have 8Bitdo Arcade Sticks/8Bitdo N30 Arcade Sticks that we already use via Bluetooth for Neo Geo/existing Two-Player Arcade Games on MiSTer. If we wanted to connect four controllers at one time for something like TMNT, hypothetically speaking, what would be the best way to do so?
It’s my understanding that CSR USB Bluetooth Adapters only support 3 Devices at one time and the 8Bitdo Bluetooth to USB Adapter supports only one device each (and apparently has issues connecting 3 or more on the same console at one time). Is it possible to use two CSR adapters at one time to connect four controllers? Or possibly one CSR and one 8Bitdo Bluetooth to USB Adapter? Or is the only way to achieve this to use a combination of USB (wired) and bluetooth?

Subject: SNES snac adapter not working correctly, need troubleshooting help
I'm having a problem with my SNES snac adapter I recently bought from misterfpga.co.uk and I was hoping I could get some help.
While holding down any button on the SNES controller, the button press is input multiple times very quickly and I can't seem to find a fix for it. (I made a video of what I'm talking about here).
I've tried multiple SNES controllers and all have the same problem. I also bought an NES snac adapter which works completely fine, only the SNES one seems to have problems. I have an Analog I/O 6.1 board, if that matters.
Is there a jumper on the I/O board I need to set or something in the .ini file that isn't correct? Is my adapter defective? I haven't found any information online about this, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Subject: So what requires a 2nd ram slot. Any real advantage with digital io board?
I've been thinking about buying a Mister for a long time and I've been doing some research into the different options. When it comes to the io board, is there an advantage to going with the digital board? What would I really miss out on if I had an analog board? Saturn? I love the Saturn, so I'd be pretty disappointed if wasn't able to run the core when it's eventually ready on my set up.
Subject: RetroCastle Mister using Mike's cores?
Has anyone tried Mike Simone's Svideo/composite cores on the RetroCastle's Misters with Saturn output? Does it work and how does it look using composite compared to the Saturn output without Mike's cores?
Subject: Is it possible to restart MiSTer with a controller?
I occasionally get stuck in a game or core and for some reason can't get back to the main MiSTer menu. I usually walk up to it and hit the reset button on the IO board, but it would be nice to be able to reboot from a gamepad. Is that possible?
Subject: Mister + Open Joystick Display?
Is there a way to run an open joystick display server on the mister?
Or some alternative?
Subject: Power supply issues?
When using either a Daemonbite adapter or the Bluetooth adapter, my controllers have a habit of failing to pick up inputs. With the Daemonbite adapter, it happens when only 1 player is connected, but for Bluetooth, it seems to only happen when I connect a second controller to play 2 players.
My theory is that this might be happening due to lack of power supply. I also have a WI FI adapter plugged in as well as a MT 32 Pi. I've heard reports that using the MT 32 Pi can drain the power supply and cause weird issues. Since I'm having the issue with two different controller adapters, it seems like the problem is with the Mister itself and not the adapters.
I thought I had the best power supply I could get - I have a Mister with an upgraded 4 Amp Triad power supply purchased here - https://www.misterkits.com/products/mister-upgraded-4-amp-power-supply Is there a more powerful power supply I should get? Or should I just give up connecting all these devices at once to the Mister? I know that if I can't keep the MT 32 Pi connected to it, I'm likely to never use it.

Subject: What’s the best controller to use for the upcoming Playstation core?
Currently I own a pair of the Dualshock 3 Controllers and could potentially connect those via Bluetooth, but I was curious of there were any other controllers (Sony first party or third party) that people would also recommend. Is there any SNAC availability for PSX? Any USB Wired/2.4ghz PSX Controllers? Is the Dualsense (PS5) Controller any better?
Subject: MiSTer FTP over WiFi?
I'm looking to get a situation going where I can open a program like FileZilla to access files on the MiSTer SD card, but through WiFi instead of Ethernet. All the FTP tutorials are Ethernet only and they don't work with a WiFi setup. Is this possible?
