I'm in a forum where tons of movies are shared. There are often multiple versions of the same one and the file size often starts at around 3gb and goes up to 50 or more gb. I watch the movies either on a 27 inch 1440p monitor or a 50 inch oled 4k tv.

In the description are often stats like the following with 5gb

Format: AVC @ 8 bits Dimensions: 1920x1080 @ 16:9 Frame rate: 23.976 fps Bit rate: 8250 kb/s 

or this one with 15gb

which one should I choose and is the smaller file enough for a larger screen?
