so i have downloaded witcher 3 ce v4.0 from fitgirl (razor1911 version). with gog exe
i want to update the game to current version
i have the update files from g4u for the razor1911, i do the first hotfix and it is just stuck at like 1% of progressbar, i saw a logtxt file in the updater folder it said unable to modify metadata.*** file, so i just force close the updater. i start it again and it gave me many more error, so i am reinstalling the game right now. and try to update it without starting the game.
just wondering if anyone has updated their witcher 3 in a similar way and how did they avoid any issues or if they had issues how they solve it, i think i will have a lot of issues when updating again after my game installs. its gonna take a hour or more to install for me so just want to stay ahead, googling my issues do not show good results and chatgpt is not helping me with this in anyway sadge (it did help me for some other games but it cannot figure out this one since the updates are very recent)

Is there somewhere to ask people with the file to seed it or something?

Apparently Facebook is releasing their new large language model LLaMA, but only to academic researchers. They are releasing a censored version to the general public, but they are releasing the full unfiltered/uncensored model to researchers, which would be amazing to have access to, instead of the boring filtered chatbots released by OpenAI, etc. I was wondering if anyone has managed to get a copy of this and share it with everyone online? Are there sites that share pirated source code like this in general? How could I get access to this if I'm not an academic researcher?

Idk if anyone has this particular crack but the frames are killing me. Randomly will just drop to 0 frames and it’ll freeze the game for like 15 seconds.

I tried lowering graphics settings and turning on vsync, also made it high priority in details. Should I reinstall my graphics drivers or is this common for this crack?

But seriously, does any other application catch video links that run on your browser like IDM does? People have recommended XDM,FDM,JDownloader. Nothing seems to beat Internet Download Manager on Windows and 1DM+ on Android which can also download torrents.

I was sharing a file on my Google drive that got taken down by a DMCA claim. ISP wasn't happy. I refuse to be taken down by a groundless DMCA claim, however, so I am going to reupload the file to several different file hosting sites and distribute the links. I installed Mullvad, changed my location on it, then uploaded the file to the various file hosts on brand new burner accounts with a brand new burner email. Is there anything else I missed to make sure this file cannot be traced back to me? I know VPNs sometimes have weird, complex settings that go over the head of first time users like me.
