Subject: Introducing YAMS: Yet Another Media Server. Download TV shows and Movies automatically!
I have created a bash script that installs an entire media server, fast and easy 🎉
With this script, you will automatically install:
This combination allows you to create a fully functional media server that is going to safely download, categorize, subtitle, and serve your favorite shows and movies.
You can check YAMS out here: https://yams.media/
And a full tutorial on how to configure all the services together: https://yams.media/config/. The tutorial should be completely agnostic, so even if you don't use YAMS, you might benefit from the tutorial.
This has been a full 2 weeks of fun work :) I would really appreciate feedback!

Subject: Apps for podcasters
I've been running this little podcast for a while now. It's not my main job, more of a passion project. As I'm experienced with CC products, it was kinda natural for me to use Au to edit episodes and Pr/Ae/Ps (not using full names because this post is constantly being taken down by automod as it wrongly identifies that I'm looking for CC software) for graphic design elements, advertisements, short clips for social media etc.
However, I feel like using those apps is overkill most of the time and that it limits my productivity when it comes to podcasting because doing all that can become pretty tedious quickly. In order to improve my workflow, I'm looking for apps to make my life simpler. I've heard some good stuff about DAW called Hindenburg Journalist Pro, but I can't find the pirated version anywhere (the ones that I've found are not working). If there is any app that would automatically make transcripts/video highlights/captions for me, that would be amazing, too.
So, if you know of any page that has any resources that could help me, it would be highly appreciated.

Subject: Best way to preserve pirated games?
Is there a better way to preserve pirated game setup files than putting them into an .iso?
An ISO can be mounted and the game can be installed from it straightaway. That's an amazing benefit of .iso files.
The problem is, ISO files doesn't do any compressing, thus it takes more space than .rar or .7z on my external storage for safe keeping.
If the setup files are put into .rar or .7z, then the compression ratio is a huge benefit. However the files needs to be extracted first, which takes additional storage. This can be troublesome if we have small storage space.
So I was wondering if there is a better solution for this problem?

Looking for an alternative to air2hq.site
As of today, when trying to renew my 3 month sub, my debit card wouldn't work. I tried 3 months for $30 and 6 months for $55. I tried my brother's card and my dad's, as well. No luck.
Does anyone know a good alternative? A good site which has all of the new movies/TV shows? And something that has either kodi integration or a native app for my TV. Usenet is too much of a hassle to set up and I want to split this with my dad who lives 2 towns away.

Subject: 2 Questions about downloading software
A friend of me wants to get a popular photo editing software for free (He already got it a few months ago using qBittorrent but he got a new PC and he has a bad memory...) and he has been reading through quite a lot of posts on the Megathread in the past 2 hours. He feels like he kind of knows what to do but he just wants to make sure he doesnt do any stupid mistakes, also he doesnt think just searching for "how to pirate software, step by step tutorial" on google is a good idea... So he has a two questions:
1st: Should he use DDL or torrent? He just wants to download once and then be done with it. As I said he used a torrent before (without any problems... yet..) but DDL seems to be easier without being less safe. Also should he still use a VPN for DDL?
2nd: Is the free version of the Proton VPN safe to use? He read that free VPN services are bad but the Proton was listed in the FAQ so hes not sure...
3rd: is qBittorrent still safe? Its still listed in the Megathread but since its not getting regular updates anymore hes not sure.
Subject: Looking for Teachable Courses- Alternatives?
There are some courses through Teachable that I wanted to download. Unfortunately, I cannot find them on any site or through torrent search. Is there an alternative way to access the content? Is there some place I am not looking? I looked through the subreddit but the options did not work for me.
