Has anyone seem to download from here before? Some courses are paid, some are free, I'm mainly looking at the free ones. Looking around reddit I can't seem to find much info on this site

Ok here is the criteria. I need to transfer a movie file by one drive, to a remote user to download and play. Th end user wants to view the movie on their large screen smart TV (not on computer).

I want the video to be good quality....near HD. Questions: 1) what file format should I use? Mpeg 4? 2) how large a file auze should I aim for , or foes that matter if they are downloading? 3) how does the end user get a file from One Drive and play it on smart TV? 4) if I decide to by-pass one drive snd use Plex, how bug a file should I reasonably expect will stream without buffering (assuming most users have 25 mbs download speeds or better wifi)

It seems to good to be true, because they obviously all get struck down in a few weeks, but I’ve seen a handful of them with 50,000+ views and people upload them pretty consistently.
