Subject: Best Sites or Programs for listening to Audiobooks
Recently, I've been trying to read more.
I've found lots of great books through the help of this sub but now that I have the content, I'm wondering if anyone's found any good ways to actually use it.
The problem I'm having is that these audiobooks are usually about 10 hours long, and even a single chapter can take about an hour depending on the book. So stopping and starting can be kind of difficult because I'll have to skim through and find where I left off (or write down the time I stop).
Youtube is a pretty useful platform because it records where you stop watching.
But, the quality is usually pretty crappy (or non-existent), and I'm not really looking to upload my own content and get hit with a copyright strike.
I've tried just manually uploading the files into my phone, but then I have the same problem of it thinking it's a normal audio file and it restarts the book every time I press play.
Have you found anywhere to use your own content, that will keep track of where you leave off (without worrying about copyright infringement)?
Subject: My account has been getting hacked slowly. What to do or what are the recommendations?
Spotify, Instagram, Facebook, Epic Games, Battle.net, PayPal, 2 Gmail accounts and whatever else. I know too much to know when I see a email or something fishy. It first started with my gmail account, sending spam to some dumb accounts. Locations were from France, Russia and Poland.
What do you recommend aside from changing the password? Thinking about deleting my whole gmail/email account and create somewhere else but don’t know which is secure.
I don’t know if this is on my end or just a lucky guess but, this is so weird — it’s not even my first time as well as I have to keep changing passwords. Haven’t pirated anything aside from movies and FitGirl and I know too much when it’s suspicious.
Subject: Ways to contribute to piracy and community based streaming services
I am looking for a movie and tv series streaming platforms where we can contribute by uploading the movies from other sources.
I am already using few pirate resources to watch movies like tinyzone but they don't allow community contribution.
Is there any similar platforms where they allow users to upload content?
Subject: Are we trusting igggames again?
As we all know a while back igggames was caught adding malware and miners to their torrents. Ive been seeing some posts that people are using them again and not having any problems. What do yall think? They have quite a few games i wanna try that nobody else has cracked. Some have comments enabled some don't. Dont really know what to think tbh.

Subject: ebook reader for Apple and Android.
student book. I've done the standard Google search by both the name and the ISBN, without success. I really would like to be able to read/view the book, highlight sections, and take searchable notes, that way in class I can search a section and find the notes and or questions I entered while reading the book, is this even possible?
Subject: Trying to find sites to stream LIVE ACTION Japanese or Korean shows, like J/K-dramas, tokusatsu shows, and others.
As the text above states, I'm trying to find a site to stream J/K-dramas, tokusatsu shows like Ultraman Taiga or the Super Sentai series, or even things like Uncanny Counter or Alchemy of Souls.
I've looked around and found links to torrents, but I'm not in a position to leech or seed, and would prefer to stream in any case. Can anyone point me in the right direction, as the Megathread seems to be lacking in those areas.
Subject: Where can I find the source of song instrumentals?
Most popular songs have their official instrumental posted to YouTube at some point, but if it's ending up on YouTube, it must come from *somewhere*. I'm wondering where I can find the source file, as it'll obviously be higher quality compared to downloading the transcoded YouTube stream.

Subject: Should I upload "my" content on OneDrive?
Hey guys, I have 2 external HDDs in total 4TB. I store most of my pirated content there. It consists mainly of Movies, TV series, Audiobooks, PDFs, Music, etc.
But recently one of my HDDs stopped working and I did data but it was only 50 GB.
My university gives me a OneDrive account with "unlimited" storage, so I was wondering if it would be a good idea to upload everything there and keep it in my external HDD to be safer.
Should I do it or do you think it is too risky in case there's a way Microsoft checks account for pirated stuff?
Subject: any alternatives to btdig with better search options maybe?
I love btdig and how it scans so many open trackers, but the UI is sorely missing the seed/leeches ratio, making it very hard to distinguish between torrents on the same movie/game even when the search querry is very specific
E.g. searching for a given 4k SDR movie often returns 5-10 different torrents, and then when I actually download one they often have bad tonemapping or even audio
any alternatives to btdig that would maybe display seeds/leeches as well? or some way to distinguish between torrents
Subject: What’s your stance on changing STEAM region to get games/game items for significantly cheaper (if you’re in a country with a strong currency)?
On one hand, one can argue it’s being financially smart and saving money where one CAN save money, but one can also argue it’s not quite the same as pirating via torrenting, etc, where you’re doing so purely at the expense of the game makers; doing this also affects those who live in those cheaper regions, as steam takes action against this, raising prices in said regions, making it more difficult for people of those regions (who the lower price is actually meant for) to purchase these games as a consequence.
Which party do you guys lie in and what’s your personal opinion?

Subject: Zoom 40 minute time limit workaround?
I know, I shouldn't be using Zoom. Unfortunately, it's what everyone has and privacy isn't a major concern for what I'm doing with it. That and it can record and save videos even with the free version. Does anyone have a good workaround to get by the 40 minute time limit for a group call using the free version?
Subject: Google drive thought
Bare with me, I’m on mobile and I never really post. But I’ve been thinking regarding sharing public Google drive links and how they get shutdown. There are applications “plexdrive, rclone etc) that mount your Google drive as an endpoint.
The main issue with sharing “content” is that it gets flagged and the content share link destroyed. What if someone were to spin up a web server on a bulletproof vps, and set the web server home directory to be the mount point for your google drive. This would allow you to continue to use “unlimited storage” and share the content public facing while not making the content tied to google drive share. The only limiting factor would be vps bandwidth or google drive daily limit. Just a thought Does anyone have an input ?
