Title. I have an IPTV service and while it is nice, I would like an easier way to toss up sports games while sitting at my desktop PC. I have tried VLC, but it keeps having this error where it skips continuously through the channels on my m3u playlist instead of staying on a single channel. What alternatives if any do I have?

In my days as a music enthusiast I must have spent about 200 dollars on midis and I have about 50 files I’ve payed for. The thing is I know midi is a dying file type but I’d like to share the ones I’ve purchases because the prices for such little files is imo insane. I'm trying to get in contact with cracking groups, because there are two games that I feel are really important in preserving that aren't going to be commercially available through any legal means.

The first game is a Steam game from 2009 that is long defunct and removed from the store front.

The other is Echo VR, a game that will be shut down forcibly on August 1st. It is the first E-Sports title ever designed for VR, has excellent gameplay, and excellent offline AI. The client needs to be redirected to a proxy network. The game that I envision will live on as an offline only experience from August 2nd onward. Even John Carmack has chimed in on this story, but news on this topic died quickly after that.

I have no idea how to reach out for help. I've offered money to supposed game crackers, but with zero response.

It is true that the first game is already ancient and can get older, but the other one will be permanently unavailable forever (thanks to some decisions as Facebook).

I'm willing to buy, share, and compensate. It should not be this hard to reach out to the right communities.

So my question is this: Does anyone have any particular groups they recommend I reach out to or advice in general to get the ball rolling for either of these projects?

Hi, so I started getting this problem yesterday seemingly out of the blue. Whenever I launch Spiderman Remastered I get an error message saying my graphics card is out of date, I'm running FitGirl's torrent on a laptop 3060 with all drivers up to date on both the integrated and dedicated. I've also made sure that the application is using the dedicated gpu instead of the integrated gpu and yet it still insists on using the intel one and I've run out of options. Help would be appreciated, thanks.

This might be a dumb question but I am new at this. if I am downloading content from sites through the mega thread, specifically kimcartoon. Do I still have a chance of receiving a cease and desist letters? Or anything like that?

Someone told me that filters from TikTok are not there forever and I found a great filter and want to save it so I can use it, like forever.

Is there something that can save a filter permanently from TikTok? I just need to know what I need to look for (no app names, of course, to not break the rules here).

Accidentally launched Sims 4 on origin with piraced DLCs and forgot to go offline, now they don't show up in game. Do I reinstall the packs, or is there another fix?

Netflix costs basic $10(HD only) and cable at minimum costs $30. And IPTV is half that cost and gives 4k netflix and ofc all other streaming platform content,anime,porn and channels from the whole world.

Streaming platforms are becoming cable all over again. I want everything at one price in 1 place.

After tinkering with different things I found online I've managed to make the game be smooth as hell on my system. I have 16GBs of Ram, an i5 11400f and a GTX 1650 Super so a pretty average setup, the game occasionally drops into the low 40s in the more demanding areas but there are 0 stutters so it's extremely playable.

1.INSTALL UPDATE 3:

Download the Update 3 AIO files, either from Empress Telegram group (pinned post) or from the cs.rin.ru forum (page 6). Extract them (note: they were named wrongly when I tried to extract them, I had to change the number at the end of the file names to 003, so the file name would be something along the lines of "update3-part1-003"). After you extracted the files simply drag and drop them into your Hogwarts Legacy folder and overwrite. Then reapply the crack (you can find crack only files on cs.rin or Empress Telegram group).

1. GAME SETTINGS:

I have everything except textures and effects on low (reasoning for effects being I want the spells to look good), those 2 are on medium. Vsync off and framerate unlocked in IN THE GAME. Locked to 60 FPS and enabled Vsync in NVDIA control panel with Vsync set to "On", adaptive and fast produced screen tearing for me. Finally the most important setting, AMD FSR 2.0, Performance with the default sharpening of 0.2.

1. ASCENDIO:

Search for, and install, the Ascendio mod. It's the most downloaded HL mod on Nexusmods. Choose either the installer or manual install, both work fine. Note for the installer: It will tell you it can't find your engine files and ask you to locate them, your files are in C:\Users<Your Username>\AppData\Local\Phoenix\Saved\Config\Engine.ini (you will have to run the game at least once for those files to be generated). Alternatively, press Windows + R and type %localappdata% in the run window, find the folder there then copy the address.

Pick either the recommend or the last (it's called II.0 I believe) preset when installing, the latter produced better results for me but feel free to test out the recommend preset for yourself.

1. CHANGE SHADER CACHE SIZE TO 10GB:

I'm not sure if this is possible if you have an AMD Card but with NVDIA cards, head to the NVDIA control panel > Manage 3D settings > Global > Shader Cache Size > 10GB > "Apply" bottom right.

Note: if the space on your System drive is limited you can look into creating symlinks. Boot Windows into safe mode, move the DXCache and GLCache folders to a bigger SSD drive and create a symlink to the original location.

And now for the thing that completely fixed my stuttering after doing everything else mentioned here:
5. MOVE YOUR PAGEFILE TO A SSD DRIVE:

This magically fixed my stuttering, saw it mentioned in a random reddit comment.

1.Press Windows Key + R and then type "sysdm.cpl" in the run window, hit Enter. Head to the "Advanced" tab and click on "Settings" under "Performance".

1. Head to the "Advanced" tab again and change the "Virtual Memory" settings. In the "Virtual Memory" section, click Change. Uncheck "Automatically mange page file size".

2. In the list of drives select all HDD drives that contain a paging file, if any, then click on "No paging file" followed by "Set".

3. Next select 1+ of your SSD drives and choose "system managed size" followed by "Set" again. Alternatively pick a custom size, I have mine at 1024-15000.

4. Hit ok at the bottom aaaand...

Your game should run A LOT better now and be actually playable. Hope this helps and you have fun with the game.

I'm about to finish my undergraduate degree in video game studies, and for my final dissertation, I choose to focus on the historical analysis of the effects on piracy on the industry.

(research question and hypothesis at the bottom of the post).

I'm having a hard time finding academic sources to support my hypothesis, and so I was hoping that since many of you are better acquainted with the world of piracy than I am, you all might be able to help me out.
