A friend of mine installed Ad and patched it using x-force years ago. Finally, he got a job and a fully licensed version. The problem is when he tries to install the legal version he is presented with "Unable to connect to Network", my guess is this is due to the x-force patch. Do you have any ideas about what the patch does and how to reverse it? It doesn't add an entry to the host file.

Alright! So a bit over a year ago I pirated the entire Sims 3 collection, don’t exactly remember how but I just followed along with a YouTube video. It worked and there were no issues. Buuuut, after moving into a new home with a new internet provider (spectrum), in not even two weeks, a letter came in the mail with the threat of shutting off the internet and cancelling the plan. I got a VPN and tried keeping it on constantly, but this did not help and they did indeed shut it down and sent another letter. I was told by a friend that it was probably still seeding, and they saw it. (To be frank, I don’t know what seeding is.) I was able to uninstall it all and save our internet plan, but I would really like to have it again. How should I go about this? Any reputable sites and good VPNS? I’m willing to spend some money for a VPN. I’m just painfully unaware of how this works and just need advice

I host a server at my moms house that I have access to while on the road.

At Christmas I set up for about 20tb of downloads and left. Came back to her house today and while browsing the internet randomly got a few “pending suspension “ pop ups from them for multiple dmca violations.

She came home with the mail and had a notice dated the 30th for the same thing

Is there any real chance they end or suspend service?

For what it’s worth, I normally don’t download there and keep it to my own internet and just use her place to host the server content to me.

Maybe if I download again, I’ll set it up with a vpn.

Honestly, I’m more worried about her making me take the pc with me than anything else. I’m a truck driver and can’t exactly have a multi hard drive system in the truck with me.

So I wonder if there is a place where people can share premium videos from sites such as Nebula and Curiositystream, kind of like kemono dot party. Those sites include a lot of YouTubers' exclusive content with high production. If so, how do they rip the video files efficiently?

The method I am using right now involves going through with videodownloadhelper (or other HLS link finders) and putting links into JDownloader. I then have to find the m4a link too, since audio is separate from video. The files don't have proper names, and I have to merge the video file and audio file together with MKVToolNix.

Is there any program that completes every achievement for a installed game? Example: iOS jailbroken had a tweak called [Overachiever] that literally unlocked and granted the achievements for such game that uses GameCenter.

Now, is there one, but for Windows aka Steam games or GOG games? Or is it just server based? Just like how a mod menu back in Modern Warfare 2 and 3 days that there's a achievement unlocker and unlocks it all for your PSN and Xbox console.
