Also, because you brought it up, I sink rapidly in water. I can walk straight down from the shore to the bottom of a lake. Haven't tried it in salt water, which I understand is more buoyant.

I'd love to see this BBS become a hub of classic nerd culture, including comics, movies, escapist fiction, retrogaming, modern gaming, and FRP gaming - and any other part of nerd culture - with very little tolerance for SJW, Political Correct and Identity Politics agendas seeping into those cultures. Let's make that happen.

Facebook too is largely behind spider blockers. Only public posts that are visible when you're not logged in are accessible to Google. Twitter, however, is completely crawlable. I only know this because it's my job.

Daschunds are the worst dog.  They exist to fight badgers which is why they're so stupid and dig so much.  I'd just poison the thing if it comes on your land again.  I love animals, but daschunds aren't living creatures, they're demons in dog form.

We rescued a dachshund once. It became insanely loyal to me, very quickly and that became a problem because it was super protective of ANYONE else who tried to get near me, including my wife. 
So.... shortly, we did not have a dachshund anymore.
