America loves the black population, partly because they're extremely meritocratic. Equality is working. If they hadn't been simultaneously coddled and population-controlled, black Americans would be gaining majorities in a significant portion of states and wielding their political power to change things in their actual favor. Hopefully a more pro-human philosophy will get them to stop aborting millions and we'll have legions of mentally strong and physically superior black men taking what's theirs. But the Democrats see it coming and they're keeping the situation under control.

Duh! I just realized what that picture is! I had downloaded it from FaceBook, but didn't give any thought to what it was, other than a fancy bar code with a dinosaur in the middle of it. I don't have a cell phone anyway, so I couldn't use it (or decipher it, for that matter). I'm wondering, if I get a Microsoft Win-10 tablet, new or used, will it have the ability to scan in that sort of thing? Or at least a simple, inexpensive scanner attachment?

Yes, I think if you get a Win 10 tablet... Does your Kindle have a camera? That should work too. 

But there are absolutely Windows apps to read and decode barcodes/tags like this and open up your webbrowser. 
I feel dumb for not thinking of this sooner as a way around Facebook and Twitter censoring links to my website. It is the perfect hack. The URL is there - but they haven't thought about programmatically looking at images, determining that they're a tag, reading them, and banning them if they're a "prohibited site". Awesome social-engineering hack.
