Maybe I missed it, but not seeing anyone really talk about this. I only learned of it from RetroRGB, but for those that have been wanting the adapter, now may be the only chance to get it via pre-orders

Subject: No video on some cores with my 1440p monitor, working fine on 1080p monitor
I currently have my Mister setup to output at 1080p, and for some cores I'm unable to get a video signal on my Viewsonic 1440p monitor. Dodonpachi being one example, where I get the initial boot up splash of pixels but then it loses signal. I've tried changing the vsync option to compatible mode but it still doesn't work.
It's configured to output to 1080p as it's hooked up to a 2 output matrix switch, so I can simultaneously output to a 1080 monitor in landscape mode to play games in tate orientation. I do get a video signal on the 1080 monitor for all problematic games so it seems to be an issue with the 1440p monitor specifically and not my Mister. I'm thinking it could be a nonstandard refresh rate the monitor isn't liking?
Are there any options outside of vsync I could tweak to get problematic cores to display properly?

I’ve ran the update all script to update my MiSTer to the newest update. But am still having issues getting the core to run. I’ve got the 128MB SD ram expansion. Any tips to get it going?
Also having issues with the CPS 1 and 1.5 arcade games. The games will display a fuzzy screen and then will get no signal at all

With RetroDriven ending the MiSTerMAME SE updater script, has the torch been passed to anyone? Is there another option for easily updating the arcade set?

Subject: Daemonbite adapters back up for sale (backorder)
Newsletter says:
My controller adapters are again available for backorder (for a limited time). I make the adapters according to demand and should be able to ship within a week after the order.
That's all for now, happy gaming! :)
If you're not sure what these are all about, I found this Reddit thread super helpful. In short, Daemonbite adapters are the lowest-latency USB adapters available for original NES, SNES, Genesis, NeoGeo, or Amiga/CD32/Atari controllers. They're not zero-latency like SNAC or BLISSter, but you can use regular USB ports, use more than one controller at a time (unlike SNAC), and mix and match controllers with different MiSTer cores (unlike SNAC).
Edit: They're also open source, so you could make your own, but I like the official cases and I've been too chicken to learn to solder.

Subject: Dodonpachi MiSTer FPGA Ultimate Review! Is This the Best Way to Play Dodonpachi?
Hey Guys, I ran the update all script for the first time (along with organizer and names changer). Everything seems to work normally (consoles, arcade, cps15), but I don't have the rbf for DoDonPachi somehow. Funny enough, I was checking the MiSter files before running the update all script and I saw the mra for DoDonPachi there already (possibly from Retrodriven script). Now it's gone :D
So, what am I missing here? Besides the DoDonPachi files obviously lol.

It seems worth it with all that's included but I can't be sure. Anyone mind providing input? I have decent spending money and want a no fuss option.

Made a lot of progress with the Vampire V4 today. Took me a long time to get my head wrapped around it - but I've managed to copy a "WHDload" game from my real Amiga to the CF HD on the V4, then copied the devs:kickstarts folder from my Win-UAE emulator to an SD then to the devs:kickstarts folder on the V4... and got Ultima III up and running on yet another machine.
Ultima III really should have been a better game on the Amiga. It is a barely upgraded port of the Commodore version. It isn't bad... and 68k machines were really new when it was released - so it can't really be faulted...
But they could have done so much more with it, too.
Subject: Is there a reliable source to purchase an already assembled and configured MISTer? If so, where/from whom do you suggest? TIA
Good Evening,
I ran the update all script this evening, and now I have no video out. I put in an older microSD card that I setup awhile ago, and it booted fine.
Is there an easy way to track down what happened, so I don't have to setup the whole 512GB microSD card again?
