Iāve been wanting to order one for over a year. My dealership will not give me any sort of official āwaiting listā - rep always just tells me itās over a year and wonāt answer my direct question of - how do I specifically sign up on a list, deposit, whatever.
Any help is appreciated, or if you know a dealer that has an official process where I can stop wasting time and get in line, if itās a year fine but I want to actually be in line.
Do yāallās dealers handle this in a better way? Iām in north Texas, but donāt mind traveling to pick it up from a dealer in the southwest that has a better process for this. Thanks all

My local BMW dealer has a large selection of vehicles available. Every one of them is being sold as new, yet they have anywhere from 5000, 10000, to even 12000 KMs on them. I still have to pay freight, PDI, etc. This doesn't seem right to me. I don't drive that much, 10,000 kms is a whole year for me. I am buying a new, 1 year old car? I assume they are either exec/manager cars, or worse loaners? Makes me not want to buy anything off the lot. Can anyone provide any insight? Thanks!
