Im thinking about buying a used 2020 330i as i found a pretty good deal and have been wanting something fun to drive. But i always hear those horror stories on used bmws. is 60k considered to be to high mileage for a bmw? Would this be a bad decision?

Ok maybe the roads I drive are really fucked up, but is it common for other “sport tuned suspension” cars to need an alignment and tires often? A few months ago the dealer discovered I needed new front tires and alignment that ran me just over $1k at the dealer. Not trying to do that again, but Im thinking it might be starting to happen again🙄Is this normal that BMW’s get out of alignment fast? I don’t mind buying tires from normal wear and tear after like 40-50k miles, but not 10-15k.

I recently bought a BMW E90 2.0 petrol with a 6 speed manual transmission. The milage is 120,000 and has never had a transmission fluid change. My question is, should I change the transmission fluid? I've heard that if the car hasn't had a regular transmission fluid change, then changing it this late on could be potentially harmful. The reason why I'm thinking about changing the transmission fluid is because during cold temperatures, the gear shifts feel stiff, particularly from 1st to 2nd gear. When the car is warm and the weather is good, gear shifts feel completely fine.

Highly considering a BMW for my next car, the performance and luxury is there for sure but just curious about reliability. I’ve heard great things about the B58 but it’s the only engine I’ve don’t research on. How is the S58? Also considering a base X5 and even an X5 M50i. I know in the past the V8s have had a bit of trouble long term so might just stay away, but if the base X5 has a reliable engine I may go for that and another car that fills my need for speed.
