Oh, how I wished to be a proud first time car owner and of a beemer, too!

I was naive, to believe what the Finance person told me I was signing. I agreed to electronically sign the documents. Because it was an electronic document, I was not able to scroll to read what I was signing. All I saw were boxes to where I was to click and move forward.

Prior to this meeting, I had already explicitly written in emails about paying in full with a check of the buyout price of the lease agreement. I handed the check and thought I was done, and get full title of the car. It was also verbally expressed and acknowledged by the Salesperson and Finance person.

Now, over a week later, I still wait for any new documents for the car in the mail, and I decide to read through the paper copy of the electronic documents. The contract number is different from the lease buyout agreement and whatever I had signed [the installment plan from 2022 through 2025] This dealership had wasted so much of my time (over the years, sales and service department), and now I am horrified that I might need to go back in to 'unsign' what was not my intention, and sign what is my intention. Who do I consult? I already paid in full (or so I had intended) but it looks like I was baited and switched into signing an installment finance agreement with interest? Do I have to lawyer up for this? Thank you for any kind advice you might have.
