Purchased in October from a dealer a state away. That dealer claims they did the 30k mi service but said it wouldnt show up in the database because it was just done as I requested it in order to purchase. He did give me printouts of what was done but it wasn't print outs from the system they use, basically another dealer wouldn't be able to see it yet either.

So I want to take the car before warranty expires have them do a once over and make sure that 30k service is in the system. Is there anything to watch out for? Are they going to charge me for making an appt to do a "well check"?

Never been to a dealer for anything aside from my purchase, I will try to find a respected local shop when warranty expires for basic maintenance. Also do you guys follow the BMW recommended oil change interval of 10k or get it done at 5k?

I’m leasing a 21’ M440i. I need new tires. The car came with run flats.

I’m having a hard time finding run flats for the back tires. Do I need to return the car with exact OEM run flat tires or can I return it with equal specifications as the OEM tires except for the run flat specification?
